About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan travel itineraries and book holidays including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, and insurance
- Convert enquiries into bookings via in-person interactions, phone calls, and email
- Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets in a retail environment
- Provide expert travel advice regarding visas, seasonal timing, and destination tips
- Build and maintain a customer base of both domestic and international travelers
Requirements
- Seasoned traveler with a history of international destinations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a busy calendar and respond quickly to customers
- Sales target driven with the determination to meet KPIs in a high-pressure environment
- Computer savvy with the ability to navigate complex booking systems
- Enthusiastic and warm personality to engage with customers
