Sales Travel Consultant

Responsibilities

• Plan travel itineraries and book holidays including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, and insurance
• Convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone, and via email
• Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets in a retail environment
• Build and maintain a customer base of new and returning travelers
• Act as a travel expert by assisting customers with visas, packing tips, and destination recommendations
• Manage a rotating roster across a 7-day trade on-site

Requirements

• Seasoned traveler with a history of international destinations
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a busy calendar and communications
• Sales determination and the ability to meet targets in a high-pressure environment
• Computer savviness with the ability to navigate complex booking systems
• Enthusiastic, warm, and passionate personality
