Sales Travel Consultant

Responsibilities

• Plan custom itineraries and book travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, and insurance
• Convert customer enquiries into bookings via in-person interactions, phone calls, and email
• Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment
• Build and maintain a loyal customer base through exceptional service and expert travel advice
• Provide expert guidance on travel logistics such as visas, seasonal timing, and destination tips

Requirements

• Seasoned traveller with a history of international destinations and personal travel knowledge
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage calendars and respond quickly to enquiries
• Sales target driven with the determination to meet KPIs in a high-pressure environment
• Computer savvy and able to navigate complex booking systems efficiently
• Enthusiastic, warm, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service
