Sales Travel Consultant

Responsibilities

• Plan custom itineraries and book comprehensive travel packages including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, and insurance
• Convert customer enquiries into bookings via in-person interactions, phone calls, and email
• Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment
• Provide expert travel advice regarding visas, seasonal timing, packing, and local destinations
• Build and maintain a loyal customer base through exceptional service and follow-up

Requirements

• Seasoned traveller with a history of international destinations and a passion for sharing travel tips
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage calendars and respond quickly to enquiries
• Sales-driven mindset with the determination to meet targets in a high-pressure environment
• Computer savvy with the ability to navigate complex booking systems and multiple digital platforms
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, enthusiastic personality
