About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan travel itineraries and manage bookings for customers in person, over the phone, and via email
- Convert enquiries into bookings for flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, and more
- Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment
- Build and maintain a customer base of new and returning travelers
- Act as a travel expert by providing advice on visas, destinations, and travel logistics
Requirements
- Proven travel experience and a history of visiting international destinations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars and respond quickly to inquiries
- Determination to meet sales targets and KPIs in a high-pressure environment
- High level of computer literacy and ability to navigate complex booking systems
- Enthusiastic and warm communication style to delight customers
