Sales Travel Consultant

Responsibilities

• Plan travel itineraries and book flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, and more
• Convert customer enquiries into bookings via in-person, phone, and email interactions
• Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment
• Build and maintain a customer base of new and returning travelers
• Act as a travel expert by providing advice on visas, destinations, and travel logistics

Requirements

• Seasoned traveler with a history of international destinations
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a busy calendar and inbox
• Sales target driven with the determination to meet KPIs under pressure
• Computer savvy and able to navigate complex booking systems
• Enthusiastic, warm, and passionate about customer service
