Sales Travel Consultant

Responsibilities

• Plan travel itineraries and manage bookings for customers in person, over the phone, and via email
• Convert enquiries into bookings for flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, and more
• Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment
• Build and maintain a customer base of new and returning travelers
• Act as a travel expert by assisting customers with visas, packing advice, and destination recommendations
• Work full-time on-site in a retail store on a rotating roster across a 7-day trade

Requirements

• Great organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars and respond quickly to inquiries
• A genuine passion for travel and a desire to help customers explore the world
• Determination to meet sales targets and KPIs while balancing a high-pressure workload
• Enthusiasm, passion, and a warm personality to engage with customers
• Computer literacy and the ability to navigate various complex booking systems
