Sales Travel Consultant

Responsibilities

• Plan travel itineraries and book holidays including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, and insurance
• Convert enquiries into bookings via in-person interactions, phone calls, and email
• Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment
• Provide expert travel advice regarding visas, seasonal timing, packing, and local recommendations
• Build and maintain a customer base of both new and returning travelers

Requirements

• Seasoned traveler with a history of international destinations and a passion for discovery
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars and respond quickly to inquiries
• Sales target driven with the determination to meet KPIs in a high-pressure environment
• Computer savvy and able to navigate complex booking systems efficiently
• Enthusiastic and warm personality to provide exceptional customer service
