About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan travel itineraries and book flights, accommodation, tours, car hire, and travel insurance
- Convert enquiries into bookings via in-person interactions, phone calls, and email
- Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets in a retail environment
- Build and maintain a customer base of new and returning travelers
- Provide expert travel advice regarding visas, seasonal timing, and destination tips
Requirements
- Proven international travel experience and a passion for exploring new destinations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars and respond quickly to customers
- Determination to meet sales targets and KPIs in a high-pressure environment
- High level of computer literacy and ability to navigate complex booking systems
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, enthusiastic customer service approach
