About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end orchestration, rigor, and operational excellence across a large-scale Sales Transformation program.
  • Own the integrated program plan, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths across multiple initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain program-level KPIs, dashboards, and status reporting to track delivery and value realization.
  • Coordinate cross-functional sessions, including Steering Committees, initiative reviews, and workshops for senior stakeholders.
  • Act as the connective tissue between Sales, Sales Operations, Pricing, Finance, Product, and Technology teams to remove friction and reinforce accountability.
  • Manage project plans, decision trackers, and action registers to ensure disciplined execution and transparency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • 12+ years of experience in program management, project management, transformation management, or consulting.
  • Proven experience running complex, multi-workstream transformation programs within a B2B enterprise environment.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with comfort working alongside VP/SVP/C-suite leaders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong command of program governance, planning methodologies, and execution tracking.
