Sales Training Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver sales training processes and projects, focusing on product and sales knowledge for field personnel.
• Conduct training needs diagnosis and obtain field insights to create and update skill processes.
• Administrate AbbVie learning platforms (ALC, AbbVie Campus) and manage the uploading of online courses.
• Implement innovative digital training tools, including gamification (e.g., Gamelearn, Training Arcade) and surveys.
• Observe Field Sales teams during role plays and provide constructive, actionable feedback.
• Generate continuous training reports and ensure all activities comply with corporate policies and regulations.
• Continuously improve training content through new methods and technologies to increase effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, science, or a related field.
• Intermediate proficiency in English (both speaking and writing).
• Experience with agile software and the usage of digital training platforms.
• Strong knowledge of training theory, including formal Training Needs Analysis and evaluation.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Ability to present scientific information and data clearly and confidently.
