Sales Training Officer

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding sessions for new agents covering product knowledge and sales approaches
• Run refresher training sessions for existing agents
• Coach cluster leaders on team development and management
• Utilize various facilitation methods including role-play and digital tools
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and assessment results
• Track training effectiveness and provide insights to Regional Sales Managers
• Prepare and refine training materials and coordinate logistics across multiple sites

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Business Administration, Training & Development, or a related field
• Demonstrable experience in sales training, sales support, or facilitation
• Proven ability to deliver engaging, results-oriented training sessions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and travel between training sites within the Free State region
