About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver onboarding programs for new sales hires
  • Create ongoing training, certifications, and workshops to upskill reps
  • Conduct call reviews, coaching sessions, and feedback loops
  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks, scripts, and competitive battle cards
  • Partner with marketing and product to create sales collateral
  • Define and document sales methodologies and qualification criteria
  • Optimize lead handoffs between SDRs, AEs, and CS
  • Administer and optimize sales tools including CRM and prospecting platforms
  • Track and report on KPIs such as win rates and rep productivity

Requirements

  • Experience in individual sales, ideally in a high-ticket D2C environment
  • 1-2 years of experience as a sales manager
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales enablement, training, or operations
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and buyer journeys
  • High proficiency with HubSpot CRM
  • Experience with tools like Gong, Outreach, Highspot, or Seismic
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics
