About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver onboarding programs for new sales hires
- Create ongoing training, certifications, and workshops to upskill reps
- Conduct call reviews, coaching sessions, and feedback loops
- Develop and maintain sales playbooks, scripts, and competitive battle cards
- Partner with marketing and product to create sales collateral
- Define and document sales methodologies and qualification criteria
- Optimize lead handoffs between SDRs, AEs, and CS
- Administer and optimize sales tools including CRM and prospecting platforms
- Track and report on KPIs such as win rates and rep productivity
Requirements
- Experience in individual sales, ideally in a high-ticket D2C environment
- 1-2 years of experience as a sales manager
- 1-3 years of experience in sales enablement, training, or operations
- Strong understanding of sales processes and buyer journeys
- High proficiency with HubSpot CRM
- Experience with tools like Gong, Outreach, Highspot, or Seismic
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics
