Sales Training Manager

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage strategic sales training programs to enhance the performance of the sales team in Japan
• Analyze sales representative performance and create effective training programs tailored to the proficiency levels of sales staff and managers
• Measure the effectiveness of implemented programs through continuous performance analysis and regular reporting
• Maximize operational efficiency by leveraging sales support tools and technology
• Stay updated on industry best practices and integrate latest trends into training curricula

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales training experience within the medical device industry
• 3+ years of direct sales experience within the medical device industry
• Proven ability to independently manage the full training lifecycle from planning to execution and evaluation
• Proficiency in CRM systems, specifically Salesforce, with the ability to extract insights for action planning
• Strong data analysis skills and experience in practical data application
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• University degree or higher

• Proficiency in English communication skills
