Sales Training Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales training processes, programs, and manuals for the subscription business
• Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end sales training activities
• Conduct product and sales training for Sales Agents, Dealers, and Product Consultants
• Create and continuously improve training materials, including manuals, booklets, and service talk materials
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to support new product launches
• Support sales teams with product positioning and competitive analysis
• Assess sales personnel product knowledge and evaluate training effectiveness
• Monitor training outcomes and recommend improvement actions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Education, Training, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales training, product training, or related roles
• Strong training facilitation and presentation skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
