About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales training processes, programs, and manuals for the subscription business
- Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end sales training activities
- Conduct product and sales training for Sales Agents, Dealers, and Product Consultants
- Create and continuously improve training materials, including manuals, booklets, and service talk materials
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to support new product launches
- Support sales teams with product positioning and competitive analysis
- Assess sales personnel product knowledge and evaluate training effectiveness
- Monitor training outcomes and recommend improvement actions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Education, Training, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales training, product training, or related roles
- Strong training facilitation and presentation skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
