About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver onboarding sessions for new agents covering product knowledge and sales approaches
- Run refresher training sessions for existing agents
- Coach cluster leaders on how to develop their own teams
- Utilize various facilitation methods including role-play, digital tools, and scenario-based learning
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance and assessment results
- Track training effectiveness and provide insights to Regional Sales Managers
- Prepare and refine training materials and coordinate logistics across multiple sites
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Business Administration, Training & Development, or a related field
- Demonstrable experience in sales training, sales support, or facilitation
- Proven ability to deliver engaging, results-oriented training sessions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel between training sites within the Mpumalanga region
- Strong self-management and organizational skills
