Responsibilities

  • Deliver onboarding sessions for new agents covering product knowledge and sales approaches
  • Run refresher training sessions for existing agents
  • Work with cluster leaders to develop coaching skills for their teams
  • Utilize various facilitation methods including role-play and scenario-based learning
  • Maintain accurate records of training attendance and assessment results
  • Track training effectiveness and provide insights to Regional Sales Managers
  • Prepare and refine training materials and coordinate logistics across multiple sites

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Sales, Business Administration, Training & Development, or a related field
  • Demonstrable experience in sales training, sales support, or facilitation
  • Proven ability to deliver engaging, results-oriented training sessions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and travel between training sites within the Western Cape
