Sales Trainer

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales process training in classroom settings for groups of 1-10 individuals
• Provide on-site coaching by riding with salespeople and technicians during customer visits
• Mentor new and existing employees on sales steps, overcoming objections, and ethical practices
• Design and develop training curriculum and class materials
• Lead change management initiatives and promote standardization across the salesforce

Requirements

• 5+ years of residential HVAC or Plumbing sales experience
• Proven experience in group instruction and one-on-one teaching
• Experience providing sales process training in a corporate or multi-location setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Service Titan or similar Home Services tools
• Strong public speaking and engagement skills
• Ability to work in field environments, including climbing ladders and navigating residential job sites

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Home Services membership programs and consumer financing
• Experience with system changeout/upgrade package sales
• Understanding of business development and lead generation
