Responsibilities

• Develop and update standardized sales training courses covering product knowledge, SOPs, and project management
• Identify team capability gaps and deliver targeted coaching to improve productivity
• Upskill Sales OPS team on mid-sales operations, customer education, and project coordination
• Streamline daily operations and improve customer-facing service quality
• Monitor training effectiveness, compile statistics, and conduct regular outcome reviews
• Iterate training content based on product and process updates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, Sales Ops, or L&D
• Experience training frontline sales in POS, SaaS, or fintech environments
• Ability to design and deliver training programs including onboarding
• Strong understanding of sales processes and KPIs
• Experience with coaching frameworks and train-the-trainer methods
• Business-fluent English; BM or Mandarin is a plus
• Proficient in Excel and CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot
• Eligible to work in Malaysia
