Responsibilities
- Develop and update standardized sales training courses covering product knowledge, SOPs, and project management
- Identify team capability gaps and deliver targeted coaching to improve productivity
- Upskill Sales OPS team on mid-sales operations, customer education, and project coordination
- Streamline daily operations and improve customer-facing service quality
- Monitor training effectiveness, compile statistics, and conduct regular outcome reviews
- Iterate training content based on product and process updates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, Sales Ops, or L&D
- Experience training frontline sales in POS, SaaS, or fintech environments
- Ability to design and deliver training programs including onboarding
- Strong understanding of sales processes and KPIs
- Experience with coaching frameworks and train-the-trainer methods
- Business-fluent English; BM or Mandarin is a plus
- Proficient in Excel and CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Eligible to work in Malaysia
