Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and training cohorts for sales trainees to ensure rapid integration and performance.
• Accompany new product launches by training relevant teams on sales strategies.
• Increase performance through shadowings, group training, and individual coaching measures.
• Design and lead target-group-oriented sales training using presence, online, and blended learning formats.
• Manage training and change projects while anchoring new sales processes.

Requirements

• Experience in Learning & Development with a focus on sales.
• Experience as a trainer or coach.
• Very good German language skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or AI-supported training tools.
• Formal training as a Business Trainer.
