Sales Trainee

Responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive training program designed to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager role
• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for Account Sales Managers during absences or special projects
• Maintain strong customer relationships between sales, merchandising, and operations for off-premise stores
• Execute daily plans by obtaining necessary tools, including displays, pricing, and point-of-sale materials
• Meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, displays, new accounts, and merchandising
• Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper product rotation and brand flow standards
• Support the team with audits, blitzes, and merchandising to drive business growth

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid US Driver’s License
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical card
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Willingness to travel 0-10%

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or sales
