Sales Trainee

Responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive training program designed to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager role
• Provide route coverage for Account Sales Managers during vacations, sickness, or special projects
• Maintain strong customer relationships across large and small format "off-premise" stores
• Execute daily sales plans, including merchandising, pricing, and display building
• Meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distribution, and new account acquisition
• Support the team with audits, blitzes, and brand execution to drive business growth

Requirements

• Valid US Driver’s License and ability to obtain a DOT Medical card
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and advertising displays
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Willingness to travel 0-10%

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or sales
