Sales Trainee

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured training program designed to prepare you for an Account Sales Manager (ASM) role
• Provide route coverage for ASMs during vacations, sickness, or special projects
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising, and operations for off-premise stores
• Execute daily plans by obtaining necessary tools, including insights, displays, and point-of-sale materials
• Meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, displays, and merchandising
• Support the team with audits, blitzes, and building displays to drive business growth
• Ensure proper product rotation and brand flow following Red Bull standards

Requirements

• Valid US Driver’s License
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical card
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Willingness to travel 0-10%

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or sales
