Sales Trainee

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured training program designed to prepare for the Account Sales Manager role
• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for Account Sales Managers during absences or special projects
• Maintain customer relationships across large and small format "off premise" stores
• Execute brand standards through proper product rotation and brand flow
• Meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, displays, and merchandising
• Support the team with audits, blitzes, and building displays to drive business growth

Requirements

• Valid US Driver’s License and ability to obtain a DOT Medical card
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
• Ability to service customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or sales
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
