Sales Trainee

Responsibilities

• Manage Red Bull products in assigned distribution accounts and determine ongoing product needs.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers to increase sales and selling space.
• Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper product rotation and brand flow standards.
• Ensure all Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order.
• Train with senior Account Sales Managers and provide route coverage during absences.
• Evaluate competitor activities, such as new launches or price reductions, and communicate findings to management.
• Meet monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding sales, distribution, pricing, and merchandising.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds and operating forklifts or commercial vehicles.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Current driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly.
• Proficiency in English (additional language skills are an advantage).
• Ability to operate forklifts and commercial vehicles.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and travel 30-40%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior sales experience, ideally in consumer packaged goods or retail.
• Knowledge of the beverage market.
• University or college experience.
