Sales Trainee

Responsibilities

• Sell Otis products and service upgrades to customers
• Develop sales territories through cold calling and market analysis
• Identify customer benefits and opportunities for product replacement or upgrades
• Service existing accounts to ensure business retention and build new relationships
• Achieve or exceed planned sales objectives
• Provide technical support to current and prospective customers
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of Otis products
• Monitor and manage account collections and perform product quality surveys

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (required or currently pursuing, must be awarded prior to July 2026 start date)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
• Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
• Geographically mobile and flexible regarding relocation to assigned territories

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior sales internship experience
