Sales Trainee

Responsibilities

• Win new business and develop existing customer business opportunities
• Set up Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Customer Operating Procedure (COP) for customers and internal stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Work closely with internal departments to provide excellent service
• Collect and analyze market intelligence, including customer insights and market trends, to support the sales team

Requirements

• Recent university graduate from any discipline
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred
• Strong selling, communication, and presentation skills
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Demonstrated passion for sales and interest in the logistics industry

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role
• Familiarity with the logistics or freight forwarding industry
