About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide decision support through actionable analytics, sales forecasting, and territory planning to drive sales productivity.
  • Partner with sales management, finance, and compensation teams to translate revenue expectations into individual and territory quotas.
  • Deliver sales and retention pipeline reporting with deep commentary and actionable insights for leadership.
  • Manage the monthly sales forecasting rhythm and evaluate forecast accuracy.
  • Develop standardized reporting packages and dashboards using Salesforce and BI tools.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous innovation in sales analytics tools and performance management.
  • Monitor sales trends and data to identify weaknesses in execution and support future sales strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in sales, financial, or business analysis.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
  • Demonstrated experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Domo.
  • Direct experience with revenue management, budgeting, and forecasting applications (e.g., Clari, Anaplan).
  • Advanced MS Excel skills are essential.
  • Fluency in English with strong presentation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work independently within a matrixed environment.
