About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth across the orthopaedic continuum, focusing on performance, mobility, and post-operative rehabilitation solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers, including Orthopaedic Consultants, Physiotherapists, Orthotists, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute a robust territory business plan with clear new business targets and a verified sales pipeline.
  • Grow share of wallet in existing accounts while actively converting competitor business in both the NHS and private sectors.
  • Promote the Bracing & Supports portfolio, including DonJoy, Aircast, and cryotherapy solutions.
  • Partner with customers to improve clinical protocols, processes, and patient pathways.
  • Spend the majority of time in the field supporting existing customers and developing new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of sales experience, ideally within medical devices or healthcare.
  • Strong territory management, business planning, and account development skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems, sales reports, and market data to manage priorities.
  • Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience engaging with sophisticated clinical and commercial audiences.
  • Proven ability to present effectively to senior stakeholders and large groups.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a field-based role.
