About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the business owner for Sales Technologies initiatives and related digital projects
  • Identify, analyze, and clearly articulate business requirements, priorities, and expectations
  • Represent the business in projects and contribute throughout the end-to-end project lifecycle
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure business needs are accurately translated into technical solutions
  • Play an active role in user training, rollout, and adoption of Sales Technologies solutions
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collect, assess, and relay user and stakeholder feedback to ensure appropriate follow-up
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies from the business perspective
  • Provide business-side support during and after go-live phases

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of professional experience, preferably in sales operations, business development, or digital projects
  • Experience working on Sales Technologies or commercial digital transformation projects from the business side
  • Strong understanding of business requirements analysis and stakeholder management
  • Ability to work closely and effectively with IT teams
  • Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
  • Experience with user training, change management, and adoption activities
  • Very good command of English (both written and spoken)
