Sales Technician

Responsibilities

• Implement sales strategies within the Cologne region to maximize business results and market share
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through trade fairs and networking
• Manage and develop long-term, solution-oriented customer relationships
• Monitor market and competitor developments to identify new opportunities
• Control the entire sales process from initial needs assessment to contract conclusion
• Coordinate with internal interfaces to ensure the successful implementation of technical solutions
• Contribute actively to the revenue and profit development of your assigned region

Requirements

• Technician or Master Craftsman qualification
• Multi-year professional experience in the heating, air conditioning, and sanitary (HVAC) industry
• Strong market knowledge in the HVAC sector and a basic understanding of industrial applications
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and explain them clearly
• Proven negotiation skills and a confident, professional appearance
• Strong communication skills with an empathetic and goal-oriented mindset
• A proactive "hands-on" mentality and the ability to work independently
