Sales Technician

Responsibilities

• Conduct site evaluations, job walks, and site surveys
• Layout and select equipment and prepare basic lift and rigging plans
• Utilize 3D Liftplanner software and IFS for sales transactions
• Write standard pricing proposals and manage small projects
• Coordinate daily service of accounts with branch dispatch and field supervision
• Identify key contacts and opportunities for account growth
• Provide accurate details for job hand-off to branch dispatch

Requirements

• 3-5 years of field experience, preferably in industrial or construction sectors
• High school degree
• Strong technical knowledge for job planning and set-up
• Ability to be a self-starting and self-motivated professional

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record of business development and closing profitable work
• Experience building relationships with decision makers in complex sales environments
• Mechanically inclined with success in rigging, lifting, fabrication, or maintenance
• Expertise in CRM tools and management reporting
