Sales Team Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales and lead generators to produce quality sales opportunities
• Monitor team performance, attendance, and productivity to ensure sales quotas and KPIs are achieved
• Provide the team with call data, reports, and insights to support their performance
• Track and manage sales opportunities throughout the pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions
• Assist with sales reporting, data management, and day-to-day sales operations
• Foster a positive, goal-driven, and accountable team environment

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a Team Leader, Team Manager, or similar role in a BPO setting
• Proven experience in lead generation, sales coordination, or sales operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate a team to achieve targets
• Ability to work onsite in Angeles City, Pampanga on a night shift schedule (Monday to Friday)
