Responsibilities
- Ownership of individual and team sales targets
- Manage sales team for B2C Channel including International Long Haul & Short Haul sales
- Maintain daily sales rigor and drive performance from each team member
- Undertake frequent reviews to ensure sales performance aligns with plans
- Drive growth and improvement through people development and regular coaching
- Pro-actively identify new business opportunities to increase sales
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience
- Experience in holiday sales with a travel company
- Proven experience managing a holiday sales team
- Strong domain knowledge in the travel industry
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Process and data orientation
- Strong analytical skills to define operations
