Responsibilities

  • Ownership of individual and team sales targets
  • Manage sales team for B2C Channel including International Long Haul & Short Haul sales
  • Maintain daily sales rigor and drive performance from each team member
  • Undertake frequent reviews to ensure sales performance aligns with plans
  • Drive growth and improvement through people development and regular coaching
  • Pro-actively identify new business opportunities to increase sales

Requirements

  • Experience in holiday sales with a travel company
  • Proven experience managing a holiday sales team
