Responsibilities

• Train new agents in sales techniques and appointment setting
• Provide continuous coaching, follow-up, and performance evaluations
• Take responsibility for your own team and potentially your own clients
• Sell and book meetings alongside colleagues as a hands-on leader
• Participate in management meetings and contribute to company development
• Create a positive, energetic, and high-performance team culture

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in sales training within telemarketing
• Strong telemarketing background with a track record of results
• Ability to lead by example and sell side-by-side with the team
• Natural motivator with excellent communication and coaching skills
• Willingness and ability to relocate to Moalboal, Cebu, Philippines
