Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team in the Alexandria cluster, setting clear goals and expectations
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Provide coaching, training, and support to sales representatives to enhance their skills and performance
- Monitor team performance and sales metrics, providing regular reports and feedback to management
- Identify market trends and customer needs to adapt sales approaches accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
- Handle escalated customer issues and find effective resolutions
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader or in a similar leadership role
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and guide a sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics and CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the HORECA industry is a plus
