Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team in the Alexandria cluster, setting clear goals and expectations
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Provide coaching, training, and support to sales representatives to enhance their skills and performance
  • Monitor team performance and sales metrics, providing regular reports and feedback to management
  • Identify market trends and customer needs to adapt sales approaches accordingly
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
  • Handle escalated customer issues and find effective resolutions

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader or in a similar leadership role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and guide a sales team to meet and exceed targets
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics and CRM software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the HORECA industry is a plus
