About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of 10 Property Consultants to drive performance
  • Oversee day-to-day pipeline management and client strategy
  • Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Coach agents in closing techniques, objection handling, and negotiation
  • Liaise directly with developers for inventory updates and allocations

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in UAE real estate (brokerage or developer)
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing sales teams
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus
  • Strong knowledge of off-plan, secondary, and luxury markets
  • Ability to coach, close, and lead by example
