Sales Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies in collaboration with senior management
• Set clear performance expectations, goals, and monthly plans to maximize conversion rates
• Provide coaching and mentorship through call quality monitoring and regular performance evaluations
• Monitor sales activities, pipelines, and CRM data to ensure accurate reporting and progress tracking
• Facilitate regular team meetings to share best practices and encourage knowledge sharing
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Provide field insights to enhance marketing strategies and product offerings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in sales
• Minimum of 6 months of experience working at ECC
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide a team
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively
