About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategy
- Build a strong lead generation system
- Drive sales and continuously meet or exceed revenue targets
- Hire, develop, and lead a top-class sales team once targets are met
- Participate in budgeting and organizational goal setting
- Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve results
- Represent CVX at events, gatherings, and conferences
- Collaborate closely with other leaders
- Report directly to the CEO
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience, preferably in venture capital, high-growth startups, or fast-paced environments
- Natural ability to sell
- Documented success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- High work ethic and a strong sense of urgency
- Proactive approach and ability to take ownership
- People-focused with the ability to bring people together
- Ability to communicate effectively with management and board levels
- Ability to win trust from business leaders
- Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Danish and English
- Ideally a network within the Danish startup ecosystem
