Sales Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategy
• Build a strong lead generation system
• Drive sales and continuously meet or exceed revenue targets
• Hire, develop, and lead a top-class sales team once targets are met
• Participate in budgeting and organizational goal setting
• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve results
• Represent CVX at events, gatherings, and conferences
• Collaborate closely with other leaders
• Report directly to the CEO

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience, preferably in venture capital, high-growth startups, or fast-paced environments
• Natural ability to sell
• Documented success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets
• High work ethic and a strong sense of urgency
• Proactive approach and ability to take ownership
• People-focused with the ability to bring people together
• Ability to communicate effectively with management and board levels
• Ability to win trust from business leaders
• Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Fluency in Danish and English
• Ideally a network within the Danish startup ecosystem
