Sales Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the sales team to ensure individual and collective goal achievement
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective complaint management and service excellence
• Prepare and coordinate sales meetings and report weekly activities and results
• Support new customer acquisition and manage product portfolio profitability
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and identify training needs

Requirements

• Minimum 12th grade education
• At least 3 years of proven experience in sales team leadership (Horeca channel preferred)
• Proficiency in basic computer applications
• Result-oriented with a strong customer focus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to market changes
