Sales Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of Internal Sales Executives through coaching, mentoring, and regular 1-to-1 performance reviews
• Implement and drive the execution of the internal sales strategy to align with business goals
• Monitor team performance against KPIs and sales targets, providing real-time feedback and strategic adjustments
• Track key sales metrics including new business generation, customer acquisition, and contract value
• Oversee continuous team development through training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and market trends
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to senior management

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in a B2B or internal sales environment
• Proven track record of leading teams to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Strong background in B2B sales, relationship building, and business development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to motivate team members
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and implement efficient solutions
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable performance
