About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach Sales Account Executives to achieve acquisition targets
  • Set and monitor team KPIs, targets, and activity plans
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and performance reviews with the team
  • Manage sales pipelines, lead generation, and conversion performance
  • Support negotiations and strategic partner meetings when needed
  • Ensure compliance with pricing and commission policies
  • Identify performance gaps and provide coaching and training
  • Coordinate with Operations for smooth partner onboarding
  • Monitor go-live rates and partner performance after onboarding
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitors
  • Drive accountability, discipline, and a high-performance sales culture

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales leadership or team management
  • Strong knowledge of sales KPIs, pipeline management, and lead generation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coaching skills
  • Ability to manage targets, performance, and team productivity
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
  • Good market awareness and understanding of competitor activities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
