Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual funded account, volume, and revenue targets
• Drive new client acquisition through direct sales, referrals, IB networks, and affiliate partnerships
• Build and execute country-level sales plans for Dubai, Jordan, and Iraq
• Coach, train, and monitor team members to improve lead conversion and client relationship management
• Track daily sales activity, team productivity, and pipeline quality through CRM reporting
• Develop strong relationships with high-value prospects, active traders, and strategic partners
• Work closely with marketing, retention, and customer support teams to improve the client journey
• Ensure all sales activity follows internal compliance standards and local market requirements
• Identify hiring needs and support onboarding to build a high-performance sales culture
• Provide regular market feedback on competitor activity and growth opportunities

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of sales or business development experience in Forex, CFD, financial services, or online trading
• At least 2 years of experience leading, coaching, or supervising a sales team
• Strong understanding of retail trading products and sales conversion metrics
• Experience managing direct sales and partner/IB channels
• Proven ability to achieve acquisition and revenue targets in competitive markets
• English language proficiency is required
• Arabic language ability is strongly preferred
• Experience in UAE/MENA market is strongly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing network of IBs, affiliates, or trader communities
• Experience in MetaTrader-based brokerage environments
• Familiarity with MENA client expectations and relationship-led sales
