About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead a Business Development (BD) team to expand cross-border payment services within the SME and growth markets, targeting industries such as e-commerce, SaaS, logistics, and gaming.
  • Participate in sales strategy formulation, including industry demand analysis, product standardization, pricing, and market positioning.
  • Set and execute sales targets, optimizing sales processes and management tools to ensure strategic goals and revenue targets are met.
  • Manage team performance by monitoring sales quality and quantity, providing coaching, training, and field support to underperforming members.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Strategy, and Customer Success teams to drive business growth and operational improvements.
  • Leverage personal networks and industry resources to connect with potential clients and establish new business partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English (written and spoken).
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful team management experience.
  • Proven experience in cross-border payments, e-commerce, or related industries (e.g., Cross-border ERP, website builders).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
  • High level of self-motivation, execution capability, and ability to work under pressure.
