About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a Business Development (BD) team to expand cross-border payment services within the SME and growth markets, targeting industries such as e-commerce, SaaS, logistics, and gaming.
- Participate in sales strategy formulation, including industry demand analysis, product standardization, pricing, and market positioning.
- Set and execute sales targets, optimizing sales processes and management tools to ensure strategic goals and revenue targets are met.
- Manage team performance by monitoring sales quality and quantity, providing coaching, and implementing training to improve underperforming members.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Strategy, and Customer Success teams to drive business growth and operational improvements.
- Leverage personal networks and industry resources to connect with potential clients and establish new business partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Fluency in both Chinese and English (written and spoken).
- 3+ years of successful team management experience (Team Leader experience is mandatory).
- Proven experience in cross-border payments, e-commerce, e-commerce ERP, or website building industries.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to sales management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- High level of self-motivation, execution capability, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
