About the role
Responsibilities
- Day to day management of Tele-sales agents
- Leverage data to monitor and improve sales performance
- Hire and train new tele-callers to ensure they're equipped with the necessary skills to succeed
- Increase revenue generation from telecalling operations
- Improve conversion rates
- Conduct quality audits and implement improvements to ensure high customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience handling a sales team, preferably in a B2C environment
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of sales processes, sales funnels, and revenue generation strategies
