Sales Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
• Collaborate with management to develop and execute effective sales strategies and initiatives
• Oversee sales pipeline management to ensure a steady flow of opportunities and consistent performance
• Set clear sales targets and KPIs aligned with overall company objectives
• Track and analyze team performance metrics to provide data-driven insights and recommendations

Requirements

• 4-5 years of sales and negotiation experience, preferably within a high-growth company
• Proven experience in a sales leadership role
• BSc/BA in business or a related field
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the food delivery or hospitality industry
• F&B industry experience specifically within the UAE
