Sales Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience and build relationships with regular customers
• Manage product merchandising and execute marketing campaigns
• Support, motivate, and manage a small team to meet sales goals
• Maintain bakery cleanliness and assist with production and baking as needed

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in baking, food production, food service, or hospitality
• Experience in retail and handling cash, credit, and debit transactions
• Ability to stand and walk continuously
• Ability to lift and carry up to 22 kg
• Availability to work various hours between 7:30am and 8:30pm, Monday to Sunday
