Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
- Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, builders, and contractors
- Manage sales territories, strategic accounts, or dealer networks
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Conduct in-person customer meetings, product presentations, and job site visits
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity
- Maintain sales forecasts, customer plans, and CRM records
Requirements
- Sales experience in territory management, account management, or commercial sales
- Experience in building materials, manufacturing, or related industries
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Proven success managing distributor, dealer, or strategic accounts
- Experience selling through builder, contractor, or Pro channels
